Daniel MacNeil has been involved in sports from a young age. He was teammates with numerous NBA players while playing for famed High School basketball coach Steve Smith at Oak Hill Academy. He went on to play through Junior College and later entered the Army where he served in Special Operations in the Middle East. He is a practicing attorney holding both a JD and a LLM in Wealth Management. He is certified by the NFLPA as a Contract Advisor and registered with both US Soccer and the Football Association. He has served as an Adjunct Professor teaching Sports Ethics and Law. Married to his best friend Danni. Together they have 7 wonderful children and 3 grandchildren
Jim Defabritus is an accountant by trade. He has numerous years in the music industry working with various acts to include the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC. Jim is also an accomplished agent having negotiated millions of dollars worth of NFL contracts. He is married and resides in Florida with his family. He volunteers within his community through different youth athletic organizations and his church. He was the former CEO of DeFab Sports and Entertainment. Currently Jim is head of Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Player Development.
